We’re looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Office Administrator to join the team here at Beer Trading Company! 🍻

If you enjoy working with people, are confident speaking to customers and can stay organised in a busy environment, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.

You’ll play an important role in keeping our busy office running smoothly, helping customers with their orders and enquiries while supporting the wider team.

The role will include:
📞 Answering customer calls and making outbound calls
📋 Taking and processing customer orders
📧 Handling orders received by email, text and answerphone
💳 Processing customer payments
🚚 Helping with delivery enquiries
💻 General office administration
🤝 Working with the team to provide excellent customer service

What we’re looking for:
✔️ Friendly and approachable personality
✔️ Excellent communication skills
✔️ Good telephone manner
✔️ Strong organisation and attention to detail
✔️ Basic computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office 365
✔️ Ability to multitask and prioritise
✔️ Reliable, punctual and positive attitude

Previous office or customer service experience is desirable, but full training will be provided, including training on our bespoke order processing system.

🕐 Hours:
Monday–Friday: 8:15 am – 4:15 pm
Saturday: 8:15 am – 12:15 pm
💰 Rate of Pay: To be discussed
