🍾 GRAND TASTING 2026 - SUNDAY 15th NOVEMBER 🍷

It'll soon be that time of year again where we open up the doors on a Sunday afternoon and have over 100 bottles of wine open to taste.

All the details can be found on our website where tickets can also be purchased. They can also be bought in store or over the phone. £50pp gets you tasting as many wines as you like plus a £25 voucher to redeem against purchases of 6 bottles or more.

Additioanlly, we will be putting on a post-tasting 2-course supper for £30pp (contrary to Jon's email last week - sorry!!). Again, details and menu can be found on our website.

Celebrate 250 years of Louis Roederer Champagne and 10 years of the De:Fine Restaurant with a black-tie dinner.

Excited to relaunch De:Wine School with the WSET Level 2 course kicking off in September. A wonderful, if slightly dangerous way to delve deeper into the glory of wine. 'Lessons' take place at Define- not a bad classroom, with 40+ wines taken from our shelves to help you see the light.

Places are very limited but all the information is on our website where you can book and pay for your spot/s. Who knows, we may even chuck in a voucher for wine if you pass with distinction

De:Books Chapter 10 – Book & Wine Club - Fiela's Child

A truly wonderful evening had with Johan Reyneke. Fantastic wines, a great menu to match and delightful company. I think we all could have listened to Johan talk all night and it's nights like these which were the reasoning behind the Define restaurant. Some of us even got quite emotional towards the end...

Massive thank yous to those who joined us and supported Reyneke wines with many bottles purchased on the night. Thank you also to Mark & New Generation Wines for their support.
