It's no secret we're huge supporters of English wine, so for English Wine Week 2025, we've got some extra special plans to celebrate the local stuff, whether it's from our own Urban Winery or one of the brilliant bottles from across the country, including:

1. an exclusive new wine launching on Monday 23rd
2. a Pet Nat Party hosted by our very own at Vagabond Monument on the 25th from 6pm

'The Best Still Wine in England' has a very nice ring to it, don't you think?

We're over-the-moon to announce a record-breaking nine medals at the 2025 Independent English Wine Awards - the most for any producer in the competition's history. Our three golds include 'The Best Still Wine' trophy for our Solena Batch 003, plus gold for our Nature Series Cuvée 2018 collaboration with and our 2023 Night Tripper.

We also picked up three silvers and three bronzes across our range. We're so proud of our brilliantly-skilled winemaker Jose Quintana () and the team who continue to show just how good English wine can be.

This weekend, we’re plugging into the power of great wine.

Vagabond is proud to be part of the Battersea Power Station Wine Circuit – a weekend celebration of all things fermented, fabulous and full of flavour.

Catch our winemaker José Quintana talking urban wineries and what it means to make wine in the heart of London. And don’t miss Colin Thorne, our head of buying, diving into what might just be the world’s most exciting wine region right now (you’ll have to come to find out which).

We’ll be pouring our wines by the glass on the circuit – and just a short stroll away at our freshly refurbished Vagabond Battersea, we’re hosting cheese and wine masterclasses across the weekend.

Most people eat lunch at their desks. We think it is time that changed.

Vagabond’s new Lunch Plates menu is here to bring back the lunch hour. Fresh, seasonal dishes like steak and frites, lamb with new potatoes and burrata salad bowls are available from just £12 — all designed to be quick enough for a busy schedule but good enough to feel like a proper break.

Every dish is paired with a wine from our 100+ self-pour selection, curated by our Head of Drinks, Freddie Cobbs. Wine is optional, of course, but encouraged.

Whether you are in the middle of meetings or just looking for something better than a soggy sandwich, our lunch menu is built for real life and real flavour.
