We are delighted to be joined by the incredible Joel Harrison to share some of his favourite drams from around the world.

The lineup for this tasting takes in a sweep of whiskies from well put together classics like Glenmorangie's Signet and the thrilling orchard fruit brightness of Hakushu 12 Year Old to the intensity of Kavalan's Concertmaster.

We'll also be opening a pair of our own exclusives. The Redbreast 1997 Cream Sherry Cask that has all the fruit and spice of Irish pot still with the structure of the sherry cask. From our own archives we have our exclusive single barrel Eagle Rare 10 Year Old.

Based in Louisville, Kentucky, Barrell take a different approach to making Bourbon to the rest of the industry - they're blenders. A perfect match then for our London Bridge Distillery School.

In the session we will be exploring the rich history of whiskey in America, while we taste some of their ground breaking blends and have a go at creating our own whiskeys using four exclusive cask samples shipped straight from the states. We’ll then be bottling these unique blends in 200ml bottles for you to take home.

We want to say a massive thank you to the incredible bar teams from Laki Kane and Trailer Happiness that made the Rum Show Pop-Up the sensation it was.

From tropical inspired serves from Georgi Radev that used Re'al fruit syrups, Passoa passion fruit liquer, and La Fee absinthe with PLanterary rum, to the more classic inspired serves from Trailer Happiness. Sly Augustin's serves put Ron Santiago de Cuba to work alongside liqueurs from Briottet. Tempus Fugit, and Merlet, the iconic Licor 43, and after our sherried hearts, Pedro Ximenez from Gonzalez Byass.
