Our 8.5% Skull Splitter Scotch Ale is on tap now at the Peedie Bottle Shop!

Skull Splitter is one of our strongest beers, named after Thorfinn Einarsson the 7th Viking Earl of Orkney. It is a sophisticated, satiny smooth and full flavoured beer. It has a rich fruity wine-like complexity with flavours of fresh and dried fruits, warm exotic spice and mellow summer fruity notes.

We'll be open till 8pm from today until the 19th of July to celebrate the Orkney Island Games.

We are thrilled to share that we will be keeping the shop open a little bit later for the week of the ! That means we will be open until 8pm every night of the games! So whether you are an athlete, a fan or just a thirsty local - we will be here for you.

Serving from 10am until 8pm and from 11am on Sunday. We have bottles, cans, draft beer, wine and cider available all day!

Orkney Gold New World Pale & Puffin Tawny Ale are back in stock at The Peedie Bottle Shop.

Orkney Gold is a refreshingly crisp with zesty sweet lemon, mandarin, and apricot on the palate balanced by a juicy malt background.

Puffin Ale is rich and nutty, with a sweet smooth blackcurrant and lemon mousse leading to blackcurrant leaf and wood notes with a dry woody, spicy nutmeg finish.

Our once 1% Low-Alcohol Lumi Pale Ale has been given a make-over 💅

🥁 Re-introducing Lumi ✨ In old Norse LUMI was the word for 'Bearer of Light'. Still the same hoppy and flavoursome beer, only lower in the alcohol to keep things as light as possible.

We've got our ⚔ Red MacGregor Ruby Ale ⚔ on tap now at The Peedie Bottle Shop 🦉

Red MacGregor is a mighty beer! A celebration of one of Scotland's true historic heroes 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿. It was one of the first beers in Scotland that expressively used the American hop Cascade for citrusy fruit flavour. It has a wonderfully complex aroma of fruity hop zest, spiciness and rich malts, offering toasted caramel malt aromas and flavours then mouth-watering citrus hop fruits giving way to a clean, fruity, refreshing hop bitterness. 🌾
