Last week we had some VIPF’s (Very Important Peedie Folk) visiting the shop.
A delegation from Papdale Nursery came to see us and help out a bit.
It didn’t take long for them to help serve customers and look for items in the shop to make orders with. They used really good manners when they helped serve the customers and the best thing about it all is they have set up a Peedie Papdale Shop at the nursery! I hope they don’t put us out of business 🤣

We are excited/nervous/happy/sad to be sharing some news with you
Davie and I are hanging up our pricing guns on 1st July (if everything goes smoothly).
I have worked at Papdale Stores for over 30 years and 30 June will mark 25 years of Davie and I owning it. When we bought the shop it belonged to the people who owned Bruce’s Stores and now it’s returning there. We are delighted that Betty and Paul will bring some fresh energy to the best peedie shop there is. 🤩
We still have a couple of months to go but in the meantime we wanted to share this news with you 🤩🤩

Today we are celebrating an exciting time at Papdale Stores. It’s Megan’s last day before she starts her maternity leave 👶🍼👶🤰
We just want to say a massive thank you to you Megan for all your hard work since you joined the team and wish you a restful remainder of your pregnancy, a virtually pain free labour and a bairn that sleeps all night from the get go.
All the best and don’t be a stranger 🥰🥰🥰
