Last weekend Eel & Bear turned seven 🎂 We decided to give our traditional giant debauched birthday blowout a miss this year, owing to the little attention-seeking baby simultaneously celebrating one month.

We're deeply grateful to Mary's Mum for sending these exquisite blooms so the shop didn't feel left out, and to all of our customers and friends for their wonderful support over the years and especially over the last few weeks. A wild year for sure.

Perennial - tart and funky; two parts spontaneously fermented pale ale, one part Bordeaux barrel aged saison, 6%.

Made You Blush - blend of Belgian style pales soured on apricots and blackberries in Rioja and Bordeaux barrels, 7.5%.

Pink Light - vinous farmhouse sour; two parts Rioja barrel aged ale with second use Shropshire plums, one part Bordeaux barrel aged, 5.5%.

Parallel is a brand new beer series from Two Flints, inspired by the fact that iconic hop growing regions Yakima in the US and Nelson in NZ share the same 42 degree latitude North and South 🤯

Meet three beers bringing together favourite hops from this most sacred latitude across the hemispheres: Citra, Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin and Nectaron.

5% DDH Pale Ale, 6% Hazy IPA, 8% DIPA.

Yeah they're exceptional.
