Keg Washing Day 🧼🍺

Before a keg gets filled with our b**r, it needs to be properly cleaned and sanitised- and that’s a process we take seriously.

As a small independent microbrewery, we don’t have all the big brewery equipment under our own roof. Luckily, we have some great friends in the brewing community. Our friends at Brew Brothers have the keg-cleaning equipment, and every now and then they kindly let us use it.

So, it’s off to the Brewing Brothers for a proper keg-washing session: cleaning, sanitising and getting everything ready for the next batch of Racketeers b**r. 🍻

It’s one of those less glamorous jobs behind the scenes, but an essential part of brewing good b**r.

Small brewery. Big passion. And plenty of cleaning! 😄
