What an absolute pleasure to spend the morning with to honour the 30th Anniversary of Basa. The man is a legend, pouring his knowledge into making wonderful wines from various Spanish regions. Last night’s wonderful celebration of Sauvignon Blanc. We started in the south of France then jumped in a very antipodean way to New Zealand. We finished with local versions from Rueda and Alicante. A very refreshing winetasting indeed! // La maravillosa celebración de anoche del Sauvignon Blanc. Empezamos en el sur de Francia y luego saltamos, de una manera muy antipodeana, a Nueva Zelanda.
