Frenchies Brewery produces balanced and sessionable beers from traditional fruit saisons to Triple Brut IPAs!

Beer lovers can enjoy our beers in our bistro and brewery, a mix space for brewing, drinking and dining, located in The Cannery, Rosebery, Sydney. We also keg, can and bottle our beers and distribute them nationwide.

Our Core range focuses on French styles with a French Pils, an all French hopped Pale ale, and our Golden and Red Biere de Garde, Lapérouse and Astrolabe.

Our seasonal brews explore old classics and new experimental styles. Our aim is to always deliver a sessionable beverage, that is both complex and easy drinking. Some of those beers are one offs while others will come back once a year as limited editions. Our Barrel aged program delivers very limited amounts of French style sours, all aged in French oak barrels from 4 to 9 month, blended and bottle conditioned for another 3 month. We use a unique blend of cultures with selected strains of Lactobacillus, Pediococcus and Brettanomyces. Finally we support the local Gypsy Brewing scene by offering them to brew with us. A number of your favourite gypsies come out of our Brewery. Every year we help a new promising brewer to launch his brand through our Brewer got Talent Program. Cheers
