This Saturday, join us at Barrel & Batch Darlinghurst for an exclusive tasting of the Departed Spirits collection - vodka, gin, and agave. 
 
Explore the craftsmanship behind each expression: 
 
🍏 Green Apple Cucumber Vodka – Crisp green apple, Tahitian lime and cucumber, infused into a triple-distilled French wheat vodka. Clean, bright and ultra-refreshing. 
 
🍋 Yuzu Gin – A balanced Australian craft gin layered with Yuzu juice from the Japanese highlands. Expect mellow citrus, soft juniper and a floral lift from chamomile and green apple.

An evening for Burgundy collectors.

We’re hosting an intimate 10-person dinner to mark the Australian pre-release of Camille & Guillaume Boillot’s 2023 vintage - a rising domaine rooted in Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet and Volnay.

Held at Scopri in Carlton on Wednesday 21st May, the evening includes Champagne on arrival, four courses plus cheese, and seven exceptional wines - poured before they officially reach the Australian market.

Overeem Stout/Sherry Marriage goes live at 7PM. Two small batches. Same recipe. Distinct character.

Batch One (Cask No SD-154 & SD-120): 40 bottles only.
👃 Nose: Roasted choc-malt, rich cocoa & biscuit.
👅 Palate: Black pepper, dried meats, baking spice.
🔥 Finish: Candied orange peel & oak.
We’re calling one bottle per person on this one – it’ll fly.

Batch Two (Cask No SD-217 & SD-120): 200 bottles.
👃 Nose: Banana pudding, orange sherbet, vanilla pods.
👅 Palate: Charred pineapple & toasted pecans.
