*INCIDENT REPORT*
On the 12th of Aug in the afternoon,members of CPO were doing their crime prevention patrols around Vosloorus when a community member approached them about a suspicious Kia that is selling drugs in the area.
Members immediately went to look for the suspected vehicle and successfully spotted the car. Members kept distance and followed the car until it went to where it stays.
On arrival at his place members tactically approached the driver and introduced themselves and asked to search for suspected substances.
Upon searching they positively found drugs, then negotiations commenced and thats where he told members that he is supplied by a guy from Midrand “Boulders taxi rank”.

On the following day, a operation was planned together with Crime intelligence and members proceeded to Midrand were a suspect was found dealing at the Taxi Rank, He later took members to where he stays and alot of drugs were found stored in his safe.
He was then handed over to midrand SAPS for booking together with his drugs.

*Overview* :

On 2025/08/13 a station operation was conducted in the Olievenhoutbosch policing area. The operational plan was put in place targeting information on Fi****ms, Ammunition, Drugs, Liquor and Illegal immigrants. Information was gathered for a period of time. After the plan was put in place the teams proceeded to the first address provided, where they discovered 2x Replica Fi****ms, Ammunition, a Money Counting Machine and a Black Garbage Bag of Dagga. The suspects pointed one of the officials with the replica firearm as he approached the house, the members managed to subdue the suspect and placed him in cuffs. The team questioned the suspects on the reason behind having the fi****ms and ammunition, to which the suspects could not provide a valid reason. The suspects were then placed under arrest. They were then read their rights and transported to the station. The teams left shortly after to the second address where they found illegal immigrants. They then recovered liqour and R280 in cash from the illegal tavern with in the second location.
The teams took the seized goods to be booked in at the Olievenhoutbosch Police Station. From there the teams went to the Third location in ext 13 where they conducted a stop and search which yielded in the arrest of one male who was busy selling M**h, Cat and Mandrax. The suspect was informed of his arrest and was read his rights, he was then taken to the station for detention.

All suspects were booked in, in the 14 and were handed their rights. All items booked in.

The bakkie was hijacked in Roodepoort furthermore The Last Battalion Anti Crime Unit intervened on received information of the whereabouts of the victim where he was dropped off on the surrounding area in Tsakane and also we were able to recover the vehicle in Tsakane 🥷

10 police officers that were arrested in Edenvale after taking goods and money from the shop that didn't arrive to the station and sprayed them. They are released on R1 500.00 per officer.

They will return to court on the 8th of September 2025.
