Whether you’re just beginning to explore w**e or you’ve been drinking it for years but still find yourself wondering what everyone means by “structure,” “finish,” or “tannins,” this class is designed for you.
With two decades of industry experience between them, Obelisco's own Gabe and Amanda will walk you through the fundamentals of tasting w**e, including sight, aroma, palate, structure, finish, and the vocabulary we use to describe what we’re experiencing. More importantly, you’ll learn how to trust your own palate and better understand what you like — and why.
No previous w**e knowledge required. No wrong answers. And absolutely no snobbery.
