We are thrilled to introduce you to our April Wine of the Month! Meet Cenatiempo ‘Gran Tifeo’ Falanghina, a fresh and vibrant white wine from Campania, Italy! Made from 100% Falanghina Beneventana, this wine comes from the volcanic island of Ischia, where Pasquale Cenatiempo crafts stunning, mineral-driven wines.

With notes of grassy freshness and a touch of ‘struck flint’ minerality, this crisp Falanghina is a perfect match for fresh fish and sunny spring days. It’s aged in cement tanks, spending time on the lees for extra texture and depth.

Fun fact: The name ‘Gran Tifeo’ comes from the legend of Typhon, a titan trapped beneath Ischia by Zeus!

Marianna’s passion and dedication to the Primitivo grape have put her small, organic winery on the map. Located in Gioia del Colle, her 13-acre estate is surrounded by olive groves and ancient holm oaks, with vineyards sitting 1,250 feet above sea level on iron-rich, limestone soil. The combination of altitude, climate, and careful organic farming creates wines with elegance, depth, and a true sense of place.

Marianna and her husband Raffaele founded Agricole Pietraventosa just eight years ago, but their commitment to quality and tradition has already made a mark. They produce only 12,000 bottles a year, including a Riserva from old-vine Primitivo—allowing each bottle the time it needs to mature and fully express the potential of the grape.

This is a rare opportunity to meet Marianna in person, hear her incredible story, and enjoy a complimentary tasting of her beautifully crafted wines. Stop by and raise a glass to Women in Wine! 🍷✨

A big thank you to everyone who joined us for last night’s Class in a Glass! We had a fantastic time learning about sherries and vermouth with Lisa from SAWM Imports LLC—her knowledge and passion made the evening truly special. ✨

Of course, the night wouldn’t have been complete without some delicious charcuterie from Nosh & Nibble and a pairing of vermouth with a homemade cake from our amazing General Manager, Melanie (seriously, the cake was incredible!).
