Most branded merchandise starts with a form on a screen. At Jolly Rick's LazerHaus, it starts with the owner showing up at your business, portfolio in hand.

We're owner-operated, which means we can visit local businesses in person and work out custom branded merchandise together. We walk through your space and talk through ideas that fit what you do. The portfolio comes along, so those ideas get explored with real past work on the table to look at.

Custom art design means you describe what you want, and we build the artwork before the laser runs. It's one of the three services on our quote page, alongside laser cutting and engraving.

This leather axe sheath started as a style reference, with no finished file behind it. We built the lettering from that reference, then engraved it into the leather. You don't need finished artwork to get started. Send us a message and tell us what you're picturing.

A friendly bet for apple season: you'd think a valley with this much hometown pride has shelves full of souvenirs about it. Our bet goes the other way. Wenatchee has incredible local pride and surprisingly few locally inspired keepsakes.

A name engraved on a journal has to come out better than the person giving it imagined. That's the bar we held this leather journal to.

Leather is one of the eight materials we engrave and cut, along with wood, stone, silicone, rubber, fabric, glass, and metal. That means a journal comes out of the same workshop as our tumblers, coasters, and holiday ornaments. This one carries a name in script and a detailed floral engraving. It's where an eye for lettering and design meets the precision of professional laser work.

That bar comes from one of our customers. They told us the owner took the time to understand exactly what they wanted, and his suggestions made the finished piece better than they had imagined. We hold every engraved keepsake to that same standard, and we bring the same care to individuals and to local businesses.

Here's a set of engraved brass-tone award plates we made for the Fels-Story 50th Reunion horseshoe tournament. The set covers 1st Place Horseshoes, 2nd Place Horseshoes, Men's Most Ringers and Women's Most Ringers. Each one has the reunion name and 2026 in crisp dark lettering, with notched corners to finish it off.

No rulebook says a reunion horseshoe game needs award plates. The folks there decided this game, on this day, was worth marking. The game wraps up by evening, and the plate is what's left to keep. We think they came out pretty well.

We do custom engraving for individuals, families and businesses, so a reunion committee asking for tournament plates is exactly the kind of request we enjoy. Jolly Rick's LazerHaus was started to honor a father's joyful spirit, and a game played for fun gets the same care from us as a formal award.

The same laser that cuts a sign for a storefront cut these teardrop earrings, every little star included. The cut doesn't get careless when the piece gets small.

They're cut from wood in a teardrop shape, with small stars and an open center, and they come on a Jolly Rick's LazerHaus card. The design is called Star Spangled, $24 a pair. A tiny star needs the same clean, detailed edge as a big letter on a sign, and it's the same laser we use for signs, custom projects and unique builds.

We work in wood, leather, stone, silicone, rubber, fabric, glass and metal, and we make tumblers, coasters, keychains, decorative pieces and holiday ornaments. Wearable pieces sit right inside that same range. A single pair of earrings gets the same attention as a business order, whether you're an individual or a shop down the street.

The shape you've never seen for sale, the word only your family uses, the combination that sounds a little odd out loud. All of it is welcome here.

An idea nobody sells is a fair thing to ask for, and it's exactly the kind of work we do. You can bring it to us in plain words. Here are a few lines you're allowed to say, word for word: "I have never seen this anywhere. Can you make it?" "I want this exact shape, down to the last curve." "Can we put these two things together on one item?"

These are welcome too: "Use these exact words, even if they only make sense to us." "I only have a rough sketch." "This might sound strange, but hear me out."

A rough sketch is a fair place to start. We offer custom art design alongside laser cutting and engraving, so we can help shape your idea into a design that's ready for the laser.

Holiday ornaments are part of what we make, laser engraved into wooden slices and made to order for your tree.

Each one can carry a phrase, a name, a year or a drawing, so every ornament on the tree can say something different. They get packed away after the holidays and come back out every December. These orders need some lead time, so it's worth starting yours before the holiday rush. You can get a quote going through the Custom Quotes page on our website. Wenatchee has more local pride than it has local souvenirs. We made these Apple Capital of the World shot glasses to close a little of that gap.

Each square glass carries a frosted, apple-shaped etch that reads "Welcome to Wenatchee, Apple Capital of the World." It's a line folks around here already say with pride.

These come from our shop right here in Wenatchee. They aren't pulled from an outside catalog or a mass-market order, so nobody somewhere else is turning out the same piece. Making Wenatchee-themed keepsakes that celebrate the people, culture and beauty of our valley is one of our biggest passions.

It's apple harvest season, when the Apple Capital name feels most alive. A keepsake carrying the apple fits right in this time of year, whether you keep it or give it.

A couple of metal flasks that I engraved one with the motorcycle and one with a snowmobile. A couple was getting married, and this was a gift for them from the person marrying them off.
