Our Runabout Rum has been aged for 4 years in a bourbon barrel that then had a beer aged in it. When the beer was ready they dumped the beer and gave us the barrel. The beer has given it an awesome flavor. It's bottled at 101 proof but doesn't drink like it. Runabout is only available at the Brewhouse and the distillery. Come have a cocktail at the Brewhouse and get $5 off your bottle purchase.

Filtering: None
Age: Minimum 2 years in a once used bourbon barrel
ABV: Proofed to a flavor profile.
Tasting Notes: Caramel, toffee. Some barrels are vanilla forward and others are butterscotch forward. Each day the brandy remains in the barrel it smooths out the spirit.

Tasting Notes: American style of gin that is citrus forward. Juniper, Cardamom and lots of citrus. Grapefruit and lemon with a small amount of orange and lime.
