A fifth-generation winemaker, Clément and his brother Florian are helping redefine Sancerre and its neighboring regions through thoughtful, expressive wines that showcase the diversity of the Loire Valley.

Summer has arrived at Cork. ☀️ Our seasonal menu is showcasing some of our favorite flavors of the season, from creamy Burrata with pesto peas and pickled rainbow tomatoes to Fish Tartare featuring red snapper, tuna, rhubarb, chestnut mushrooms, and Marcona almonds.

Cork Cleveland Park Job Opportunity.

We are looking for strong hospitality candidates to help staff our newest location in the Cleveland Park neighborhood in Washington, DC. Cork Cleveland Park is a hybrid wine bar and retail wine store - serving guests small bites to eat, wine and beer selections as well as offering retail bottles to purchase and consume off premise.

Openings are for both part to full time working evening and weekend hours. A successful candidates will have past experience in the hospitality community and a good familiarity with Old World (European) wines. She/he will also bring a strong service background with them and have retail wine experience or a solid wine background as this position will be serving guests both wines by the glass and bottle as well as engaging with customers who are looking to buy retail wine bottles to take with them.
The ideal candidate will also have past management as responsibilities will include bar management duties including inventory.

We are looking for candidates with good interpersonal skills, dynamic and engaging with the ability to multi-task - must be a team oriented but able to operate independently. Most of all the right candidate will have the temperament to learn and pass knowledge onto guests other staff.
