Maryam’s wines are truly one-of-a-kind. Her work focuses on climate-adaptive and uniquely Mexican grape varietals—such as Misión (Mission), Rosa del Perú, and Palomino—sourced from ancient vines, forgotten ranches, and small-scale, sustainable farms throughout Baja.
