T-2 days until Thanksgiving!!
We have another perfect big batch recipe for you and your guests: The Fishhouse Punch! Don’t worry - there’s nothing fishy about this classic, boozy rum punch fit for a Thanksgiving dinner with in-laws, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins….the whole works!
Check out our recipe below and get excited for the compliments from your friends and family after they try this citrusy, refreshing drink. A perfect pairing with all that turkey and stuffing!
Ingredients:
• 32 oz Light Rum
• 32 oz Brandy
• 16 oz Lime Juice
• 16 oz Lemon Juice
• 16 oz Pratt Standard Rich Simple Syrup
Steps:
1. The night before, freeze a large ice block that will fit in your serving container/punch bowl.
2. One hour before serving, combine all ingredients in the punch bowl and stir.
3. 30 minutes before serving, add the ice block to the punch.
4. Occasionally during serving, stir and submerge the ice block for even dilution.
