A Little Sparkle for the Long Weekend 🥂

A few of my picks for the long weekend — because there’s always room for bubbles!

Pierre Gimonnet & Fils Champagne 2019 — elegant, mineral and simply beautiful. Oysters, anyone?
Coates & Seely Rosé — bright, vibrant and delicious with charcuterie or fried chicken.
Bailly Lapierre Crémant de Bourgogne — crisp, easy and such a great bottle to have around. Bring on the potato chips! Can Sumoi Muntanya 2024 — fresh, energetic and a little different. I love this with grilled shrimp and Manchego.
La Gioiosa Et Amorosa Prosecco — fresh, fruity and easygoing — just right for a picnic.

Our June Wine Salon, Where Summer Lives, was another wonderful evening around the table.
We explored wines together, shared stories, enjoyed plenty of laughter, and were reminded once again that some of the best moments happen when good people gather around the table.

A heartfelt thank you to all of our guests for bringing such warmth, curiosity, and energy to the evening. And, as always, John from Warren General created a beautiful menu of thoughtfully paired dishes that elevated every wine and made the experience even more memorable.
