New to the shop - We couldn’t choose just one and recommend all 3 of Claus Preisinger – Puszta Libre!from Burgenland, Austria.

Claus Preisinger brings the party with these chillable, crushable field blends from the wild & windy Puszta plain. Made naturally and biodynamically, the Puszta Libre! is an ode to old-school drinking—light, fresh, and made to be enjoyed with zero fuss.

🍋 Blanca – A crisp, citrusy white blend of Grüner Veltliner, Welschriesling & Weissburgunder. Salty, snappy, and endlessly refreshing.
🌸 Rozsa – This playful pink is mostly Zweigelt and Blaufränkisch with a splash of St. Laurent. Think tart raspberry, wild herbs, and watermelon rind.
🍒 Red – A juicy, chillable red blend of Zweigelt & St. Laurent. Bright cherry, soft tannin, and a whisper of spice. Serve with a slight chill and a big smile.

Drink cold. Drink often. Drink Libre!

Psst—Puszta Libre! is not just fun to drink, it’s also rooted in careful, conscious farming.

for July

This month, our wine club takes a journey along El Camino de Santiago, the historic pilgrimage route winding through northern Spain. We had the pleasure of exploring these wines alongside local legends Annette and Reinhard Brinkmeier of .objects , who walked the Camino in 2023 and 2024. They arrived in Three Oaks with their photo album, a detailed map, and shared the most delicious patatas bravas and Santiago cake you could imagine.

As we tasted wines from the regions they walked through, they shared stories—of long days, quiet reflections, unexpected friendships, and the ever-changing beauty of the landscape. Listening to them, it became clear: the Camino is much more than a walk. It’s a spiritual pilgrimage that asks something of you—physically, emotionally—and gives back in moments of clarity, connection, and joy.

The Camino has drawn pilgrims for over a thousand years, all making their way to the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela, believed to house the remains of Saint James. What began as a sacred journey has grown into something broader—a path walked for healing, challenge, curiosity, and meaning.

With that spirit in mind, we invite you to experience these wines not just as bottles from faraway places, but as companions on a journey—each one made by thoughtful producers rooted in place, each with a story to tell.

Buen Camino!

P. & E. Mullins

for June Club is here!

May raised a toast to mothers.
June lifts its glass to fathers.
And between those toasts? A single thread: family.

In winemaking, family is more than a name on a label.
It’s the heartbeat of the vineyard, the quiet force behind the craft.
It’s a weathered hand on a harvest basket.
It’s stories passed across a dinner table,
and roots — in soil and in spirit — that run deep.

This month, we celebrate wines born from family legacies.
From vineyards where children played among the vines,
while each new generation presses onward, one vintage at a time.

The three wines in this month’s selections carry that devotion —
a quiet inheritance, a tradition nurtured over time,
with care, patience, and pride in every pour.

So let’s raise a glass to the families behind these wines —
and to the ones we’ll gather with to share and enjoy them!

Cheers,
P. + E. Bottle Shop

Grapes We Love

This month, I’m excited to share a few wines that are especially close to my heart—bottles that showcase the remarkable range and beauty of three of my favorite grape varieties: Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, and Nebbiolo.

What draws me to these grapes isn’t just their individual charm, but how gracefully they express their origins. Grüner Veltliner, with its peppery lift and stony precision, is Austria in a glass—clean, bright, and quietly complex. Riesling, especially from Germany’s Mosel region, offers a masterclass in balance: electric acidity, gentle sweetness, and that unmistakable mineral thread. And Nebbiolo, in all its floral, savory, and sometimes haunting brilliance, is the soul of Italy’s Piedmonte region, at the foot of the Alps.

Each wine in this selection presents a unique style and interpretation, yet all share a common thread: they’re honest, expressive, and effortlessly drinkable. These are wines I return to again and again—for their versatility at the table, their beauty in the glass, and the way they tell the story of where they come from.

Whether you’re revisiting a beloved classic or discovering a new favorite, I hope you find something here to love.

Cheers!

for April is here!

From Mud to Mistral: A Southern French Getaway (in Your Glass)

It’s April in Three Oaks, which means we’re knee-deep in mud season — caught between winter’s long goodbye and spring’s slow hello. The days are brighter, daffodils are in bloom and the ramps are ramping up yes… but the warmth can still feel far away.

So this month, we’re offering you a little escape.

With this wine club shipment, we’re heading to the sun-soaked south of France — to Provence and the Southern Rhône Valley — where lavender fields sway in the breeze, the sun bakes the old stones, and even the air seems to smell of thyme and almond blossoms.

And here’s something that might surprise you: these places we dream of in April, with their Mediterranean glow and sun-drenched vineyards, are actually farther north than we are here in Three Oaks. It doesn’t seem possible. But that’s the magic of climate, geography… and wine.

This month, your glass becomes your passport. Let this be your sun-drenched intermission. A way to skip the climatic precociousness of our daily life, and sip something from a place where the warmth is already waiting.

À votre santé — and happy spring (almost)!

Cheers,
P. & E. Mullins
