Hey everyone,

We have some unfortunate news to share. We’ve been informed that the Virginia V**e Ban (§ 59.1-293.20 – Sale or Distribution Prohibited) will be moving forward as planned. December 31, 2025 was the date the approved product list was to be finalized, and the law will officially go into effect on March 1, 2026.

We understand this may come as a surprise to some who haven’t had a chance to stop in or speak with us about the ongoing situation. As we get closer to March 1—and in the weeks that follow—we’ll continue to keep you informed about what to expect.

Over the next 8 days, we will still have our usual stock of vapes and ni****ne products available. However, we will not be placing any additional orders. What we currently have in inventory will be all we are able to carry until March 1.

Beginning March 1, we will remove any ni****ne products that are not included on the Virginia Attorney General’s approved list. We expect approved items to begin arriving shortly after, though the overall selection will be more limited.

As we approach March 1, we will be announcing a sale date to help clear remaining inventory. Details will be shared soon.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We truly appreciate your support and patience as we navigate these changes, and we’ll continue to provide updates as we receive new information from the state.
