Frank Georgalos and his wife, Sasa, who need your support today are stalwart supporters of the Spring Hill community. As owners of Grecian Family Restaurant and Bakery, the family has served this community in so many ways.
It is Frank’s vision that his restaurant
be a way to serve the community and
meet the needs of each family with which he comes into contact. His lack of desire for fame and fortune is evident by his continued giving to causes in Spring Hill.

He is a progressive, yet old-fashioned soul. He’s old-fashioned enough to believe that virtue is its own reward, and the elusive quality if justice can be found and applied to a manifestly unjust world. He is, though, progressive enough to use his gifts to bless others.

Frank will take any opportunity he can to donate profits from the restaurant to families in need. From school spirit nights to giving a free meal to any person who needed a place for Thanksgiving, Frank has never let a need he could meet, go unmet. He worked his way up from a busboy to a server, then to cook, manager, and eventually, owner of a restaurant. No stranger to hard work and Kindness, Frank instills them into his employees as well.

Our newest barrel from has finally arrived. Come try it with us this weekend! Thanks to the guys that took the time out of their day to come pick this barrel with us. We appreciate you! It’s always a fun time picking a Maker’s barrel.

Select Single barrels will be marked down for the weekend so ask for a sample when you come in!

Sometime tomorrow afternoon we will drop a small amount of allocated bottles available for purchase. Please, no calls asking what we have available/what we have left. We will post what is available tomorrow and when we are sold out.

Welcoming in two new barrels from - 7 year Old Rickhouse Double Oaked Rye bottled at 119.1 proof & 4 year Honey Finished Rye bottled at 114.7 proof 🍯 Just opened them both so come try them with us this week!

A big thank you to the guys that took the time to come with us to pick these barrels and the crew at Starlight for being beyond hospitable to us on this pick.

Golden Hour with Oxbow Rum.

We are excited to introduce to our shelves , hailing from Baton Rouge, LA. These exquisitely crafted rums are made from sugarcane harvested from a fifth-generation cane farm and sugar mill. We’re particularly enthusiastic about the Rhum Agricole, which is delightful on its own and perfect for summer time cocktails. Come on in and try em with us!
