🍍 Pineapple Paradise Cocktail

A creamy, fruity tropical drink packed with pineapple, coconut, and citrus flavors. Perfect for summer parties, pool days, or vacation vibes.

Serves: 1 large cocktail
Prep time: 5 minutes

Ingredients
3 oz (90 ml) pineapple juice
2 oz (60 ml) coconut rum
1 oz (30 ml) white rum
1 oz (30 ml) orange juice
½ oz (15 ml) fresh lime juice
½ oz (15 ml) cream of coconut
1½–2 cups crushed ice
Pineapple wedge, for garnish
Maraschino cherry, for garnish
Instructions
Add the pineapple juice, coconut rum, white rum, orange juice, lime juice, cream of coconut, and crushed ice to a blender.
Blend for about 20–30 seconds, until thick, frosty, and smooth.
Pour into a chilled hurricane or stemless cocktail glass.
Add a little extra crushed ice on top if desired.
Garnish generously with a fresh pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry.
Serve immediately with a straw.
Party Pitcher — 4 Servings

Combine 12 oz pineapple juice, 8 oz coconut rum, 4 oz white rum, 4 oz orange juice, 2 oz lime juice, and 2 oz cream of coconut. Blend in batches with approximately 6–8 cups crushed ice.

Tip: Freeze pineapple chunks and blend a handful into the drink for an even thicker, more intensely pineapple-flavored cocktail.

🍓 Strawberry Creamsicle Splash

A creamy frozen tropical cocktail with sweet strawberry, bright orange, coconut, and vanilla flavors.

Servings: 2 cocktails
Prep time: 5 minutes

Ingredients
2 oz vanilla vodka
2 oz coconut rum
4 oz strawberry purée
4 oz fresh orange juice
2 oz cream of coconut
2 cups ice
1–2 oz pineapple juice, optional for extra tropical flavor

For the garnish

Whipped cream
Fresh strawberries, halved
Orange slices
Pineapple wedges
Maraschino cherries
Pink and orange sprinkles
Crushed pink/orange sugar for the rims
Instructions
Rub a little orange juice around the rims of two tall glasses, then dip them into crushed colored sugar or sprinkles.
Add vanilla vodka, coconut rum, strawberry purée, orange juice, cream of coconut, and ice to a blender.
Blend on high until completely smooth and thick like a frozen slush.
For the beautiful orange-to-strawberry layered effect, pour some of the mixture into the glasses, then blend a small portion with extra strawberry purée and gently spoon it over the top.
Finish each cocktail with a generous swirl of whipped cream.
Decorate with strawberry halves, orange slices, pineapple wedges, cherries, and colorful sprinkles.
Serve immediately with a straw.

Tip: For an extra-creamy creamsicle flavor, add ½ teaspoon vanilla extract before blending.

Mocktail version: Skip the vodka and coconut rum and replace them with 2 oz pineapple juice + 2 oz coconut water.

🧜‍♀️ Mermaid Lagoon Cocktail

A tropical frozen cocktail with layers of coconut, pineapple, blue curaçao, lime, and blackberry. This recipe makes 2 large cocktails.

Ingredients
3 oz (90 ml) white rum or vodka
2 oz (60 ml) blue curaçao
4 oz (120 ml) pineapple juice
2 oz (60 ml) cream of coconut
1 oz (30 ml) fresh lime juice
4 cups ice
2 oz (60 ml) blackberry liqueur or blackberry syrup
Fresh blackberries, blueberries & raspberries
2 lime wheels
2 cocktail skewers
Instructions

1. Make the turquoise base
Add the rum, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, lime juice, and ice to a blender. Blend until thick, smooth, and slushy.

2. Fill the glasses
Divide the frozen blue mixture between two hurricane glasses, leaving a little room at the top.

3. Create the purple lagoon layer
Slowly drizzle 1 oz blackberry liqueur or syrup into each glass. Pour it gently over the top so it creates a dramatic purple layer that naturally blends into the turquoise base.

4. Garnish & serve
Thread blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries onto cocktail skewers. Place one across each glass and add a fresh lime wheel. Serve immediately with a straw.

Tip: For an even stronger blue-to-purple ombré effect, freeze the glasses for about 10–15 minutes before serving and pour the blackberry layer very slowly over the back of a spoon.

Mocktail version: Skip the rum and blue curaçao. Use blue curaçao syrup and add extra pineapple juice or coconut water.

🍊 Tropical Sunrise

Ingredients

1 oz (30 ml) light rum
2 oz (60 ml) orange juice
1 oz (30 ml) pineapple juice
0.5 oz (15 ml) grenadine
1–1.5 cups crushed ice
Orange slice for garnish
Maraschino cherry

Instructions

Add the light rum, orange juice, pineapple juice, and crushed ice to a blender. Blend until thick and smooth.

Pour the grenadine into the bottom of a chilled hurricane glass. Slowly add the frozen orange mixture over it to create a beautiful red-to-orange sunrise gradient.

Garnish with a fresh orange slice and maraschino cherry. Serve immediately with a straw.

Mocktail: Simply omit the rum and add an extra 1 oz of pineapple or orange juice.

Ingredients

1 oz (30 ml) light rum
2 oz (60 ml) coconut milk
0.5 oz (15 ml) fresh lime juice
0.5 oz (15 ml) simple syrup
1–1.5 cups crushed ice
Lime wheel for garnish
Maraschino cherry

Instructions

Add light rum, coconut milk, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and crushed ice to a blender.

Blend on high until creamy, smooth, and thick like a frozen slush.

Pour into a chilled hurricane glass. For a stronger lime look and flavor, you can swirl in a small splash of fresh lime juice before serving.

Garnish with a lime wheel and bright red maraschino cherry.

Mocktail: Omit the rum and replace it with 1 oz coconut water or additional coconut milk.
