First small batch is jarred up, labeled and ready to go from our place to yours. I can’t believe I’m actually looking at them in real life. Huge shoutout to my buddy Casey at The Intense Group for the help in bringing this to life. I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. Eating outside used to be one of life’s simple joys, and at Knibbe Ranch, it still is. There’s something about fresh Hill Country air, wide‑open views, and long tables filled with good food and better company that makes everything taste richer. Out here, you slow down, you breathe deeper, and you remember what it feels like to enjoy a meal without rushing. Outdoor dining isn’t a trend for us…it’s a tradition worth rediscovering.
