Cloisonne & Comedy Dinner with Winemaker David Rossi

For those who appreciate poise and complexity, David Rossi has emerged as one of California’s most exciting winemakers, and one of its best-kept secrets. Vintage after vintage, Fulcrum & Cloisonne’s wines are among the finest from their appellations. The reason for this is simple; David creates each wine with a profound sense of purpose and place. Just as important, he takes personal responsibility for every viticultural and winemaking decision. This process begins by selecting sustainable or organic vineyards he is inspired to work, and at times, pruning them himself. From there, David personally ushers each wine from grape sorting to bottling, working to perfect each vintage of his creation.

David’s wines will be paired meticulously with a West Coast inspired meal from our friend Chef Gabe of Gabe’s Gourmet. This is one dinner you won’t want to miss!

Pricing is $125 per person, all inclusive.

We are so excited to share a new offering available EVERY DAY in the shop: high-end flights of special, allocated wines via Corovin pours!

We are kicking this new tasting opportunity off with a brand new project from world-renowned Hundred Acre winemaker Jayson Woodbridge: Summer Dreams!

Woodbridge calls this new project based in Sonoma County "a love letter to summers past", with all bottles being named after specific memories of his, and their profiles are the perfect pairing for weather that is right around the corner.

This particular flight consists of 2 ounces each of Walking on Venice Beach Sauvignon Blanc, Stargazing Pinot Noir, and Golden Hour Pinot Noir, & is priced at $30. And of course, all are available by the glass & bottle as well! Hurry in to taste, as these will not be available for long!
