Orphan Barrel Night Sage is a 25-year-old blended Canadian wh**ky, bottled at 90 proof as the 25th release from the Orphan Barrel collection.

Expect butterscotch, vanilla and toasted oak on the nose, with brown sugar, golden toffee, walnut and ripe fig on the palate. The finish brings dried fruit, vanilla and lingering oak.

Aged wh**ky, layered flavor, and a bottle with a story behind it. Best enjoyed slowly, neat or over a large cube.
