SUPER DUCK IPA

This Louisiana-made hazy IPA is brewed with Pale American 2-row malt, red wheat malt, flaked oats, and Belgian Caravienne malt for a soft and pillowy texture. The malts give a smooth and sweet flavor to support all those fruity and tropical hops. This beer is amply hopped with Bru-1, Sabro, and Citra Hops that burst with big and bold aromas and flavors of pineapple, citrus, and stone fruit.

PEAR BLOSSOM VINEYARD RIESLING

The grapes from this vineyard, which is nestled on beautiful Underwood Mountain in the Columbia Gorge, is twenty seven hundred feet in elevation making it an ideal site to grow Riesling. This fruit hangs a very long time and is often the very last fruit to get picked during harvest. Long hang-time allows the grapes better physiological ripening without high brix (sugar) and still keeps the acid high. Riesling is a manget for terroir so you can sense and taste the minerality in the wine, but still with notes of fruit. The pear blossom Riesling has hints of apple, peach, lemon and with some age in bottle, the mouth feel will round out and creamy.

MORNING STAR LAGER

A Munich Helles Style Lager that calls to mind the legacy of the German Coast and the rich history of the hard-working people of Louisiana. Brewed with a special Pilsner malt that is under modified for a richness in flavor and body. German Vienna Malt is also used for a nutty toasted character, and it is hopped with American Liberty hops that are descended from historical German hops.
