DOOLIN AMERICAN SMALL BATCH BOURBON WH***EY

Created as an intentional tribute to courageous lawmen and historical figures, Doolin Bourbon recognizes the history of outlaws like Doolin and Dalton, and the Lawmen that brought Justice.

Nose: Vanilla, brown sugar, buttercream frosting, and oak. Palate: Caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, and warm baking spices. Finish: Short-to-medium length with lingering oak and sweetness.

Mezcal Verde Amarás

Crafted artisanally with Espadín agave, it has a smoky agave flavor which makes it perfect for sipping neat or in cocktails.

The agave is cooked underground for several days using ocote, holm oak, and peppertree wood, crushed with a tahona, naturally fermented, and double-distilled in copper pot stills.

Herbal and smoky with notes of fresh grass, green pepper, citrus, peach, mango, and a touch of salinity.

The brand plants 10 new agave plants for every one harvested and invests a portion of sales into local environmental and community programs, with each bottle featuring rotating, colorful label artwork commissioned from different artists.
