It’s Amaretto Day!

Amaretto Spritz

INGREDIENTS

▢ 2 ounces amaretto
▢ 1 ounce lemon juice
▢ 3 ounces prosecco (dry or brut)
▢ 1 ounce soda water (seltzer or club soda)
▢ Cocktail cherries for garnish (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large wine glass filled with ice, add the amaretto and lemon juice.

Top with the prosecco and soda water.
Garnish with cocktail cherries, if desired.

Pitcher measurements for 8 servings:

2 cups Amaretto
1 cup lemon juice
1 bottle (750 ml) prosecco (dry or brut)
1 cup soda water (about ⅔ standard can)
Cocktail cherries for garnish (optional)
