Cordial Saison Ale by Burial Brewing Co.

This ale is made from warmly-fermented yeast, from France, Burial's Riverbend rye and German barley, and Saaz, Triumph and Amarillo hops. A bouquet of underripe stone fruit on the stem, oils of bergamot, green peppercorn and fresh blossoms on unrelenting trees.

A small production rose, handcrafted by environmentally conscious winemaker Pierre Brossette. Made from older vines growing on the slopes of Mont Beaujolais in the region of the Pierres Dorees.

Nose: white flowers, rosehips, red fruits.
