Profile and Tasting Notes :-
According to the distillery and initial reviewer feedback, combining the two mashbills balances the structure and spice of the traditional rye recipe with the soft, rounded sweetness of a wheated bourbon.
Nose:-Soft and inviting with notes of toasted oak, honey, maple, citrus, and a hint of white pepper.Palate: Rich and sweet upfront with brown sugar, maple syrup, and honey butter, giving way to a bit of mature oak, peanuts, and flamed orange peel.

Taffer’s Browned Butter Bourbon is an 80-proof (40% ABV) flavored whiskey created by hospitality expert and Bar Rescue host Jon Taffer. Developed in partnership with spirits giant Diageo, it features a blend of high-rye and low-rye Kentucky straight bourbons infused with natural browned butter flavoring.The idea was born at Taffer’s Tavern in Alpharetta, Georgia. Taffer experimented in the kitchen by using a sous-vide machine to infuse a block of hot browned butter into bourbon. After chilling the mixture, skimming the solidified fat off the top, and filtering it (a standard mixology technique known as fat washing), he created the house “Campfire Cocktail”. Because the drink became an instant bestseller, Taffer partnered with Diageo to create a shelf-stable version for commercial retail.
NotesAroma: -Forward notes of pure butterscotch, rich caramel, vanilla, toasted nuts, and a light touch of oak.
Palate: -A syrupy and creamy mouthfeel. It leads heavily with a sweet, rich browned butter taste balanced by traditional toffee and vanilla notes.
