Do you retrohale?

Retrohaling is where a cigar reveals itself.

Most of what you experience does not happen on the palate alone. It happens through the nose, where the complexities of the cigar are revealed.

Retrohaling is the act of moving smoke from the back of the mouth through the nasal passage and out through the nose. This is done through a subtle, controlled motion, a slight, almost gulping action that allows the mouth and nasal passages to connect while gently exhaling.

It is where subtle notes separate.

Where spice, texture, and nuance become more defined.
