When you own a small business, the people through your doors become so much more than just customers.
You become familiar faces, friends, part of the story…
Every time you walk through our doors, sit in one of our chairs, open the humidor, ask us for a recommendation, or simply stop in to enjoy a cigar and conversation, it means something to us. The truth is, a small business doesn’t exist without the people who choose to support it.
There are plenty of places where you can order a cigar with a few clicks and have it delivered to your doorstep. We understand that convenience (and we offer that too!) but we also know we can’t compete with their pricing. But when you choose to purchase from your local cigar shop and even better when you choose to sit an hour or two, you’re helping keep something special alive that the big box places will never have!
You’re helping a husband and wife continue something they built together because they believed in the community surrounding them.
You’re helping employees have a place to work, especially those retirees who just want to stay busy and active. You’re helping keep a local gathering place open. One that has been planned specifically for the patrons of that specific community. And you’re helping preserve something that can’t be measured by a price tag. That feeling of walking into a place where people know you, where conversations happen, friendships are made, and you can sit down with a good cigar and forget about the rest of the world for a little while.
That’s what we wanted The Leaf Affair Cigar Shop to be. Not just a cigar shop!
A place where people feel welcome, accepted, and safe.
A place where people can learn about the art of ci**rs.
A place where friendships grow.
A place where the cigar is the connection between everyone that walks through the door.
We are incredibly grateful for every person who has supported us along the way. Whether you’ve been with us from the beginning or just recently found us, please know that your choice to shop local with us makes a difference.
Every cigar and accessory you purchase from us, every visit to our lounge, every event you attend, every friend you bring through our doors, and every kind word you share about our business helps us continue doing what we love to be able to bring you a lounge in Salado.
Small businesses are built one customer at a time.
And The Leaf Affair Cigar Shop Salado has been built because of YOU!
So from our family to yours, thank you for choosing local. Thank you for choosing small business. Thank you for choosing The Leaf Affair Cigar Shop in Salado, TX!
Come sit with us. Enjoy a cigar. Stay awhile.
We’ll always be grateful that you’re here.
