Don’t miss a chance to see Michael Alexandersson, Salado’s own rising star and a recent contestant on NBC’s The Voice, Season 26, where he performed as part of Team Snoop Dogg. Michael brought his smooth throwback style to the national stage, including his blind audition performance of “Ain’t That a Kick in the Head” and his Battle Round performance of “I Only Have Eyes for You.”

This Wednesday, we’re serving Chicken Tinga Bowls with shredded salsa chicken, rice, beans, toppings, and warm street taco tortillas on the side.

Build it as a bowl, make a few mini tacos, or do both.
