New in store 🤩🥂

This 2024 Napa Valley Koshu opens with notes of white florals, with bright citrus aromas. On the palate, the w**e is vivid and precise with notes of grapefruit, lime and green apple with a hint of coconut. This w**e features subtle flinty minerality, a whisper of beeswax and French oak.

Koshu is an ancient, pink skinned grapefruit native to Japan! Michelle Kazumi Sakazaki, the Japanese-American founder of Kazumi W**es, wanted to create something that expanded the Napa Valley w**e landscape while honoring her heritage. Kazumi W**es became the first brand in the US to plant, harvest and bottle Koshu!

👋☀️🌊 As we wrap up summer and welcome in fall, we thought that Big Salt Orange Rosé would be the perfect w**e to help us transition into the new season. 🍂🍁🍄

This w**e is a dry, skin- contact white and rosé blend that captures the essence of the sunset at the beach in a bottle. This w**e is vibrant and tropical, with notes of ginger, roasted root vegetables, citrus, and the Big Salt
signature saline finish!

OEC Brewing Aura & Saison

Aura is a sour ale aged in several different barrels: Cabernet Sauvignon barrels for 12 months | Merlot barrels for 9 months | Sangiovese casks for 4 months

Saison is a Belgian style farmhouse ale brewed using classic single infusion mash with Belgian pilsner & Vienna malt, locally grown unmelted wheat and rolled oats from the Thrall Family Farms in CT!

Their packaging is some of our favorite :)
