Thank you to Kyler's Big Heart Benefit Concert for our AED (defibrillator).

Two summers ago, we watched a man pass way in our parking lot from a heart related emergency. His friends did their best until emergency responders arrived. And the responders worked miracles to bring him back. Unfortunately the man eventually passed away later that day.

That is one of many health emergencies we've seen at the store. We have always been a centralized location for people.

We feel we are a great location for an AED. Maybe we can help save a life or provide what is necessary until emergency responders arrive.

Kyler would be so honored to know we are carrying on his name in such a meaningful way. When we lost him at age 28 to an aortic dissection two years ago, our world was turned upside down. Getting the word out to all ages about heart health awareness was very important to us. To be able to help others avoid such a tragic loss, is the ultimate tribute to him.

Thank you to our community for coming together and supporting this event and cause. We are incredibly grateful for everyone who contributed, sponsored and participated. We couldn't do this without all of you.

Considerations on locations foe AED's are locality, accessibilty, population, foot traffic, hour's of operation, and access to emergency services.

Chosen locations are provided with training, and continued support from local fire departments.
