Now Hiring – Sales Associate (Part-Time or Full-Time Opportunity)
Autumn Hills Liquor is looking for the right person to join our team! We're currently hiring for a part-time position, but for the right candidate, we're willing to create a full-time role with opportunities for increased responsibility and growth.
We're looking for someone who enjoys helping customers, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a locally owned business where their ideas and initiative are valued.
Schedule Requirements:
Evening availability is required.
Weekend availability is required.
What We're Looking For:
Previous cash register/POS experience is required.
Knowledge of w**e, b**r, bourbon, and wh***ey is preferred.
Familiarity with basic w**e and food pairings is a plus.
If you're not already an expert, you must have the desire and motivation to learn.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused.
Someone who brings ideas to the table and wants to help improve the business!
Must be at least 21 years old.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service.
Operate the register accurately and efficiently.
Assist customers with product recommendations.
Stock shelves, build displays, and maintain a clean, organized store.
Receive deliveries and help manage inventory.
Learn about new products and stay up to date on industry trends.
Compensation:
Pay is dependent on experience (DOE). We believe in rewarding initiative and growth—compensation can increase as you take on additional responsibilities, demonstrate accountability, and become an integral part of our team.
