Due to the overwhelming amount of walk ins and orders, i am currently out of whole boneless ribeyes and delmonicos. However, I we will be getting a truck in tomorrow with more. If you are in need of any please call ahead and order and we will cut them for you as soon as our truck comes in. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Tomorrow is a big night here at the market. We have David Peterson coming back and he is bringing the old-time country show! Our old building is about to be filled with the sounds of steel guitars and fiddles. Join us for a night of old-time country music Saturday June 20th at 7pm. Seats are first come first serve and tickets are $25.00 each.

Did you know we carry Vicola pizzas? It is famous for its distinct San Francisco-style cornmeal crust, inspired by centuries old Italian traditions. Originally a popular Bay Area restaurant, it now supplies artisan take and bake pies to gourmet supermarkets across the country! We carry four awesome flavors, Pesto Margarita with mozzarella, Goat Cheese with tomato, Italian Sausage with roasted onions, and Roasted Mushroom with portabellas and sundried tomatoes. These are a great take and bake out of our freezer!

Did you know we carry Mrs. Miller's homemade noodles? This is a generational family-owned Amish business launched in 1973. Esther Miller began the endeavor in her kitchen, and the business has since expanded nationally. Unlike most commercial pasta that gets pushed through an extruder, Mrs. Millers dough is kneaded, rolled, and cut using a traditional Amish method. This process is much gentler and preserves the integrity of the ingredients. We carry several flavors including lemon pepper, artichoke spinach, pesto, chili jalapeno, spinach, vegetable mix, tomato basil, garlic parsley, and their traditional noodles as well.

Did you know we sell smoked pork chops? These little delights blur the line between a traditional thick cut steak and a cured ham. Because they are typically cured and fully cooked, you aren't actually cooking them from scratch; you are simply reheating them to peak flavor without drying the meat out. We get them from the J.F. Martin company who conveniently sells them in the 2 packs. Switch up dinner this week and try something new!

Did you know we make a wide variety of sausages right here in house? This week we have our breakfast sausage on sale for $3.99lb. But let me introduce you to our new southern bell sausage! Our lead meat cutter and the guy behind all the wild flavors of beef stick and jerky describes it as " breakfast sausage with a kick! Heavy on sage and a little heat." This stuff is absolutely awesome. Even better, we are putting it on sale for $3.99lb alongside our original breakfast sausage this week. Maybe start Father's Day off with brunch this Sunday!
