Friday's vermouth night was the kind of evening we love: a full, easygoing room, a lot of El Bandarra vermouth poured, and a big pan of paella for the table. Thank you to everyone who came out, especially our W**e Club members.

El Bandarra vermouth is on tap by the glass. More bottles to take home arrive next week.

Thank you, Pere Mata, for crossing the ocean to pour your cavas with us on Thursday, and to Advintage for bringing him to Dashi W**e Bar. Hearing the story of each bottle from the person who made it is what tastings are all about. Thanks to everyone who came out, including the Silent Book Club, who joined us halfway through and tasted right along.
