Our newest barrel picks are in-store!

Pearl’s Pick - a Bywater Bourbon Four Grain Mash finished first in River Basin Rye barrel and then in Black Pearl Rum barrel.

Dane’s Decision - a Bywater Straight Bourbon finished in local Steen’s Cane Syrup barrel.

These bottles are for sale now but we’re having a launch party during our 10-year anniversary celebration next week Wednesday, July 9th from 530-8PM! Head distiller Luca Cutura will be on-hand signing bottles.
