🕷️ **HALLOWEEN COCKTAIL SPECIAL: BLACK WIDOW SMASH** 👻

This week’s Cocktail of the Week is getting a Halloween takeover.

We used **Jose Cuervo Tequila**, blackberry purée, fresh lemon juice, orange bitters, and a splash of club soda, then finished it with **fresh blackberries and rosemary** for the perfect dark Halloween look. 🖤🍇🌿

🥃 **WH***EY WEDNESDAY — WHAT DOES “FINISHED” MEAN?**

This week we're using **Penelope Riviera** to show exactly what a finished wh***ey can look like.

Riviera takes Penelope wh***ey and gives it additional finishing time in **Rosé w**e casks**, adding another layer of character beyond the wh***ey’s original maturation.

That’s what “finished in” means — the wh***ey gets extra time in a different type of barrel or cask to influence the final profile.

And Riviera definitely gives you something a little different to talk about. 👀🥃

Patrón’s clean, crisp agave character works great with the bite of ginger b**r and a little fresh lime.

Codigo 1530 Rosa gets that rosy color from the way its made. The tequila rests for 30 days in uncharred Cabernet w**e barrels, and there is no color added. Add in the George Strait connection and this bottle has a pretty good story before you even open it!
