Boone County Bourbon is crafted by the Boone County Distilling Co., an artisan distillery re-established in 2015 in Independence, Kentucky. Operating under the trademarked motto “Made by Ghosts,” the brand honors the historic pioneer distillers of Northern Kentucky, where the original 1833 distillery once stood as the largest spirits producer in the state. They produce a mix of in-house pot-still whiskeys and highly regarded sourced expressions.
