Taste spring in bloom with Akori Cherry Blossom Gin, Vincenzi Grapefruit Rosé Aperitif, simple syrup and refreshing pink bubbles of sparkling Rosé.

Ingredients
▸ 1 1/2 oz. Akori Cherry Blossom Gin
▸3/4 oz. Vincenzi Grapefruit Rosé
▸1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
▸3 oz. Sparkling Rosé
▸Grapefruit Zest for Garnish

Instructions
1) Add all ingredients to a wine glass and add ice.
2) Stir gently to combine.
3) Garnish with a grapefruit zest (and a cherry blossom if you can!)

What is Soju, and how should you drink it? Mike’s here to give you the under 1 minute overview, and a couple fun ways to try it!

But incase you like reading (for some reason):

If you haven’t tried it yet, Soju is Korea’s most popular spirit — light, versatile, and perfect for sipping with friends. Traditionally made from rice, it sometimes is made with wheat, barley, and some modern styles also use sweet potato or tapioca as the base.

💡How strong is it? Most Soju sits around 12–25% ABV, making it lighter than vodka but stronger than beer or wine (think ready-to-drink cocktail).

✨ Types of Soju you’ll find:

Classic Soju – Clean, crisp, and lightly sweet.

Fruit Soju – Flavored with peach, apple, grape, or other fruity twists.

Premium Soju – Often higher ABV and made with traditional methods, offering more complexity.

Whether you enjoy it neat, chilled, or mixed into a cocktail or with some soda, Soju is an easy-drinking spirit that’s made for sharing. Give it a try during your next visit!
