▪️Benriach 10: Three cash matured for 10 years in bourbon barrels, sherry casks and virgin oak, to create layers of orchard fruit, honeyed malt and toasted oak. Ripe pear🍐, nectarines and malt sweetness notes, with a finish of almond and spiced vanilla.

▪️Benriach Smoke 10: Three cash matured for a combination of bourbon barrels, Jamaican rum casks and toasted virgin oak. Smooth layers of sunripe fruit, smoke and toasted oak spice🔥, lingering into a perfectly balanced sweet and smoky finish.

▪️Benriach 12: Matured in sherry casks, bourbon barrels and Port casks. Smooth, layered with baked fruit, maple honey🍯 and cocoa, balanced with a spiced mocha finish. On the palate has notes of smoke applewood, and spiced pear.

We are so excited to announce that Woodford Reserve will be available at our Father’s Day Celebration this June, 11th‼️

90.4 proof. 72% corn, 18% rye and 10% malted barley.

Aged in new, charred, white oak barrels. Rich, chewy, rounded and smooth, with complex citrus, cinnamon and cocoa hints. You can also find notes of toffee, caramel, chocolate and spice.

The finish is silky smooth, almost creamy at first with a long, warm satisfying tail.

▪️Four Grain: 80 Proof. 4 years old. 75% corn, 15% wheat, 7% rye, 3% malted barley. Blended from three bourbon mash bills🌾. On the palate has a sweet fruit and grain taste with slight candied cream, cherry and savory vanilla notes and a lingering spice finish.

▪️Toasted: 100 proof. 75% corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley. After full maturation in charred new American oak barrels is finished in a new, hand toasted barrel🛢️. On the palate, smooth caramel syrup, brown sugar and hints of butterscotch with a slight and savory roasted marshmallows finish.

▪️Archited: 104 proof. 75% corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley. Straight bourbon finished in complex French Oak Staves. Sweet vanilla, creamy sweetness with savory oak notes🔥. The finish is long with hints of vanilla and heat.

▪️Peach Old Fashioned: 80 proof. Made with straight bourbon and rye whiskey, peach bitters and farm spices 100% pure maple syrup. Delicious and ready to pour🍑. On the palate, smooth caramel syrup, brown sugar, crème brûlée, vanilla and allspice with a rich peach flavor.

▪️Balvenie Doublewood: 86 proof. Matured in two wood types. Matured in American oak casks, after 12 years it’s moved for an additional 9 months to European oak Sherry casks🛢️. Smooth and mellow with combined flavors of nuttiness🌰, cinnamon, sherry and vanilla with a long and warming finish.

▪️Caribbean 14 Years: Matured in traditional oak whiskey casks for 14 years and then finished in casks that previously held Caribbean rum🥃. Smooth, honeyed character married with notes of toffee and a hints of fruit🍍, with a warm, lingering finish.
