Spending the day with Maud at Domaine Matray et Filles was very special. Walking through the sun-drenched vineyards, it was easy to see the passion and multi-generational dedication in every row of vines. Maud shared the history of the estate, explaining how the unique soil and climate shape the distinct character of their grapes. I enjoyed seeing her w**ery and tasting the new vintages. Sampling the latest releases straight from the source provided a fascinating look at the future of the estate’s lineup. Each pour revealed incredible complexity, striking a beautiful balance between traditional craftsmanship and fresh perspective.
