New Alvaro Domecq Vermouth La Janda: The soul of this drink comes from blending two classic sherry styles. It combines powerful, elegant Oloroso with sweet Pedro Ximénez. The winery macerates this base wine with local botanicals and aromatic herbs. It then matures the liquid in seasoned American oak casks using the traditional solera system. This adds a rich complexity that standard vermouths lack. LIMITED $36 (750ml)
