2. My staff kicked me out and said I needed a day off, so I'm not there today, which means Pitmaster Jude hates cutting pork belly, so we will not be serving bacon brisket.

If you are looking for a trainer, hit up Dustin. I have been working with him for 2 months, and it's crazy how much better I feel.
