We’re teaming up with one of the best Nebraska bars in Lincoln this Saturday — Barry’s The Nebraska Bar!

Before the game, you’ll be able to grab one of our Classic Breakfast Burritos, and for lunch we’ll have Pulled Pork Sandwiches!

Finally got to do something I’ve been wanting to do for 7 years!

We made it to Best Friend in Vegas, Chef Roy Choi’s restaurant. Roy Choi was actually one of the people who really inspired me to start cooking after I watched the movie Chef. If you’ve never seen it, watch it. Still one of my favorite movies. Aaron Franklin is in it too, who was another huge inspiration for me getting into BBQ.

I’ve watched their shows on Netflix, followed what they’ve done, and learned a lot from them over the years. It’s crazy to think how much that stuff helped inspire me to start cooking and eventually do what I do today.

And Best Friend definitely lived up to it. Easily one of the best restaurants I’ve ever eaten at. The food was incredible and the whole place was awesome.

Really cool to finally check this one off the list after 7 years!

6 years ago today, I was sitting out in a parking lot firing up the Big Green Egg. Honestly, it feels like a lot longer than 6 years! Lol.

A lot has changed since then, but those are some great memories. Thank you to everyone who has supported us and helped make all of this possible.

And a huge thank you to my staff for absolutely killing it. I couldn’t do it without you guys!

Here’s to 6 years and many more to come!
