Lake City Liquors Owned by two local young families who are dedicated to Lake City and the people who live here&visit!

Hi Lake City,
As most of you know, Katie and I have decided to hand over the Lake City Liquors torch. We have loved being a valuable business to the community for the last 5 years, but we are very ready to focus more on our families.

While we are gearing up for this transition, you’ll notice some holes on the shelves here and there. We don’t love this part of it, but we know the new owner is ready to put their own touch on the store and will swiftly bring back all of your favorite products and more.

Thank you for your unwavering support over the years by shopping local. This was a fun adventure for us, bringing some new life to a long-standing business and providing a service to our community.

All the gratitude,
Melody and Katie

After 5 amazing years, we are making the bittersweet decision to list Lake City Liquors for sale.

This decision was not made lightly. This little store has been so much more than a business- it has been a place where we have gotten to serve our community, help celebrate milestones, provide year round employment for locals and welcome visitors.

Owning this store has been a pleasure while pouring ourselves into making it reflect our community we love. We are forever grateful for the support, friendships and memories that has come with it.

While we still love our community, our personal and professional lives have shifted. We know it is time to pass this successful business onto someone who will keep the show going!

If you have ever dreamed of owning a thriving business in one of Colorado’s most beautiful mountain towns, we would love to talk. Feel free to reach out to the number posted in our window or email [email protected] for more information!
