SMWS story

Smoky Mountain Wine and Spirits is a family owned business. Everett Christen started working for the Gettlefinger family in their family owned wine and spirits store just after he turned 21 and was still in college. He stayed in the business and managed several different properties for them over the years. He and his wife, Ashli, were offered the opportunity to buy SMWS in the winter of 2007. They were ecstatic with the opportunity and officially took over as owners in July of 2007. They have owned and operated the business for the last 12 years. Many employees have been with them since they took ownership, some being there even prior to that. SMWS is proud to serve you and contribute to the surrounding community.
