At Top Shelf Collective, we believe in celebrating the people who make our community stronger every day.

The Top Shelfer of the Month recognizes a team member who goes above and beyond — someone who makes a positive impact on customers and co-workers alike. Chosen by our Leadership Team, this honor reflects dedication, loyalty, service, and a true commitment to our core values.
This month, we’re proud to recognize Alex Tomlinson.

"What I like most about working at TLS is getting to hire people that I actually want to spend time with. I think having good people around you makes a big difference, and I really enjoy the people I get to work with.
The biggest thing that motivates me is being the best dad I can be for my kiddo. That’s really important to me and gives me a lot of motivation in everything I do. I also really enjoy being outside and making the most of my time away from work.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me doing something outside. I love going on bike rides with Wade, climbing mountains in the winter, or just sitting by the river and fishing. I’m pretty happy just being outside, doing something I enjoy, and spending time with people I care about. Those are the things that I really enjoy and that keep me going."

This month, we’re proud to recognize Enrique👏🎉

Enrique tells us one of the best things about working at TLS is the professionalism of my managers, the trust they place in me, and the positive work environment. They allow me to do my job without unnecessary pressure, and I’m grateful to work alongside supportive coworkers who are always willing to help. Being part of such a great team motivates me to give my best every day.

My biggest motivation is my wife and my son. They inspire me to work hard every day because I want to give them the best life possible and build a bright future for our family. Seeing them happy is what drives me to keep growing both personally and professionally.

In my free time, I enjoy playing PlayStation and watching soccer with my son. It’s a great way to relax, spend quality time together, and create lasting memories that I truly value.

This month, we’re proud to recognize Naty 👏

“What I like most about my job is the work environment, the sense of calm, and the independence I am given. I feel very comfortable working here.

In my free time, I enjoy riding my bicycle, playing basketball, and exercising. My greatest motivation in life is my son — I want to give him a life full of opportunities and strong values.

I am grateful for this job because it is giving me the opportunity to build my house and achieve financial stability.

I am honored to be recognized as the Top Shelfer, and this motivates me even more to continue giving my best here in the deli and for Jackson Hole Marketplace.”

Thank you, Naty, for everything you bring to the team — your work ethic, positivity, and commitment do not go unnoticed.

Congratulations to our May Top Shelfer Mauricio!

"I enjoy sharing my knowledge of w**e, b**r, and spirits with my coworkers, and I’m always learning from them as well. I look forward to every tasting we have at the store. It’s one of my favorite parts of the job. I especially like stocking w**es because it’s helped me build a strong knowledge base. Working at TLS has given me the opportunity to learn so much, and now I feel confident making recommendations to our customers.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about soccer. I love watching my team, Puma play and there’s nothing better than enjoying a cold b**r during the match.
My biggest motivation is my family. My girlfriend and my sons, Angel and Maximiliano. They inspire me every day. I also feel motivated the moment I clock in because I truly enjoy working at TLS and I’m always ready to get things done.

And one more thing, I want everyone to know that my soccer team is going to be champions this year."
Puma Campeones!
