Bodegas de Santo Tomás is the oldest w**ery in Baja California. Dominican Friars planted the first grapevines in 1791 at the Misión de Santo Tomás de Aquino. Sacramental w**e was the main product produced from these early vines for religious use. Francisco Andonegui (an Italian native) and Miguel Ormart (a Spaniard) bought and turned the land into a full-time commercial w**ery in 1888. The name Bodegas de Santo Tomás was chosen to honor the original mission. 🍷Samolenone of their w**es at our Baja pairing 📆 September 10 ⏰ 6-8pm 🎟️ ticket link in bio or the events page of our website.
