After 16 years with MR Williams, our beloved Maintenance Associate, Joseph Dickerson, or as many of us know him, Mr. Johnny, officially retired on July 17! Our team celebrated with a special surprise visit from his daughters, grandson & nephew. 💙

Mr. Johnny is a kind-hearted, hardworking teammate who has always been willing to lend a helping hand. We’re grateful for his dedication and the impact he made on our MR Williams family.

This year's SCCPMA Summer Convention was filled with the moments that keep members coming back year after year.

A father and son sharing a round of golf for the first time. Families introducing new babies to a convention tradition. Friends laughing poolside while their kids became friends too. Industry partners turning business conversations into lasting relationships. Hall of Famers being honored, awards presented, scholarships being supported, and a room full of voices singing "We Are Family" during karaoke night.

That's what makes this industry so special: the friendships, the shared experiences, and the community. Thank you to everyone that makes it all possible.

Champions for a Cause!
The MR Williams team had a fantastic day at the PMG Carolinas Golf Tournament benefiting the NC Coastal Land Trust—and we were fortunate enough to finish in 1st Place! ⛳

The real win, though, was the event's impact. Together, participants and sponsors helped raise $165K to support conservation efforts across North Carolina's coastal communities.

Huge thanks to A.T. and the PMG team for putting together another outstanding event. Great golf, great company, and a great cause, it's hard to beat that combination. Looking forward to next year!
