As MR Williams celebrates 50 years, Mayfest 2026 was a special opportunity to reflect on the partnerships, relationships, and people who have helped shape our success throughout the years.

Yesterday, MR Williams celebrated a meaningful milestone, 50 years of serving our partners and community. We marked the occasion with a small gathering where Lawson Williams, second-generation President & CEO, shared reflections on the journey so far.

Over five decades, so much has changed, including new facilities, expanded offerings, and advancing technology. But what stands out even more is what has not changed.

The values instilled by our founder, Mike Williams, and carried forward by Lawson remain deeply rooted in who we are today. You can see them in the way our leaders and team members show up every day: Sincere Commitment, Selfless Service, and a Never Satisfied approach to serving our partners and one another.

By staying true to these principles, Lawson has successfully led MR Williams to where it is today. In doing so, he honors his father’s advice to “leave it better than you found it,” while building a strong foundation for the next generation to thrive.

Here’s to the next 50 years of carrying that legacy forward.
