A Message to Our Valued Ace of Vapes Customers
We want to sincerely apologize for the recent inventory shortages you may have noticed at Ace of Vapes.
Due to the uncertainty surrounding Pennsylvania House Bill 1425 (HB1425) and the potential impact it may have on the types of e-liquid products that will be permitted for sale in the future, many manufacturers and distributors have significantly reduced shipments and inventory availability. As a result, we have been unable to maintain stock levels that meet the standards you have come to expect from us. If we have overstock when the regulation starts we will be forced to completely throw the items away or they will be seized!
At this time, we are still awaiting clarity regarding what products will ultimately be allowed under the new regulations. Until more guidance becomes available, we are doing everything we can to secure inventory and keep as many products on our shelves as possible.
Unfortunately, many of the e-liquid flavors and brands that you've grown to love over the years may not be available on our shelves in the near future. We understand how disappointing that may be, but please know that our knowledgeable team is here to help. We are committed to working with each customer to find alternative flavors and products that best match their preferences, so you can continue enjoying a satisfying va**ng experience.
We also want our customers to know that we are actively researching and evaluating alternative products that may remain available under the evolving regulatory framework. One product we are currently reviewing is Nixodine. While we cannot make any guarantees at this time, we are exploring whether products such as Nixodine may provide a compliant option for adult customers if future restrictions impact traditional e-liquid products. We are closely monitoring legal guidance and will share updates as soon as we have more definitive information.
We understand how frustrating it can be when your preferred products are unavailable, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please know that our team is working diligently with suppliers, manufacturers, and industry partners while monitoring legislative developments so we can continue serving you with the widest selection possible.
