It 'only' took them 2 weeks to figure out that I needed to speak to another department as I have a migrated web site from another company. I had informed them of this, but they insisted they could fix it. They couldn't.
Today, when I spoke to the proper person it took him a little over 5 minutes to correctly install the Security certificate, and we are back online with no warnings!

Well, it's that time of year when I renew my SSL certificate and it's not done correctly by the site provider. It may take a day or two for them to get it correctly installed.
I apologize for any delay on orders.
Every year.

UPDATE, they are now going to install a different type of SSL certificate. Will take up to 24 hours. I hope this works. Again my apologies for the problem.

We have a few tins and 8 oz. bags of a few Esoterica blends. We will offer one or 2 blends at a time. (NO PENZANCE OR STONEHAVEN arrived).
Here is how it works: Send an email to marsci**rs@marsci**rs.com and tell me what blend/size you want. we will take the orders in the order they arrive. For each blend you can ONLY order 1 or 2 tins OR 1- 8 ounce bag. NOT BOTH.
If we still have some in stock you will be approved. You then must place an order online for at least $10.00 of something. We will then add on to your order, the Esoterica.

Credit card sales on the internet have 3 levels (that I'm aware of).
At the top is the card company itself.
Next, is a bank where the money is sorted out to everyone.
And, the first level, is an interface company for the internet. They check that the user's card is valid and verify the user info. They then pass the sales info onto the bank.
Well, the bank we use, decided to change interface companies.....but forgot to tell me, so I could not process cards today.
But they have a new interface company, and all is good. Just waiting for the "paperwork" to be ok'd and we will be set up.
No real changes that affect our customers, except we will be backed up for a day or so.

To be clear, this has nothing to do with mars, just the bank changing partners and not letting us know. You can still place orders and your info is secure.
